Amy commented on the post titled “Energy Around Writing Here Again.” I could feel things wanting to open more from that, so I want to experiment a bit and bring that in here.
She asks the question “Now … what do I want to create??” And then she answers it somewhat with, “I don’t know but I do know the qualities of it will hold well-being, Joy and Beauty.”
My questions and comments are for each of you, if you have similar thoughts yourself, or as you hear someone else and have thoughts in the witnessing. There is no right or wrong here. There is simply opportunity to see where you are playing, to see what you see.
How many levels of play do you see in this “What do I want to create?” Even just having the question,”What do I want to create?” is something to be aware of. Do you think that way? How new is that?
Then we start to look into, feel into, what is the energy behind the question? It is light, like a light curiosity? I wonder…? Is it heavier, does it have a feel of “I know I want to be creating something” or “I know I am supposed to be doing / creating something?” Listening to ourselves can give us an “in” to our own agendas, it can also show us where we limit ourselves by believing our mind.
And how are we holding that which we wish to create? Is it in the future? Do we see glimpses of it now? How much in present time is it?
On another note: are we reaching for it to “Please hold well-being, joy, and beauty”, or is that a given that we are simply able to put words to, to bring verbal expression to be able to share with another?
And how do you feel when you hear or read another person share this? Are you aware of your thoughts, your feelings, or the energy that arises in you?
There is so much to notice about you, about how you really function down here on planet Earth. There is so much to Know in Knowing Ourselves. It can be more expansive than knowing who we are through the roles we play.
I acknowledge and validate Amy’s comment that she knows for herself and resonates with being a human of great intimacy and intensity. It is probably one of the reasons we have been friends for so long. We do resonate with each other. She is definitely one of the people in my life where we have gone deep.
I feel complete on this topic, so I will stop here. I just felt some of what I was seeing was not just for Amy. It may not be directly related to all of you, but I will guess that it opens some indirect doors, some aha moments to places for you to explore within yourself.
Enjoy your play. Enjoy what you see. Enjoy if you just notice that connecting in together here simply uplifts you. And back to our play. You don’t have to enjoy anything. That may just be me. I like to enjoy myself. Your opportunity is to notice what you notice. Notice you.
