How to prepare for a Magical Awakening session
Notice, be aware of your focus or your intention for yourself. If you are like me, it may be illusive and as soon as you look for it, there is nothing there. I find I tend to look past the obvious. But it is always the obvious. Others find it simple to know what they want. In either case, or anywhere in between, just notice. Be aware. You are looking for something, that is why you are here. It can be relaxation, the ability to sleep. It can be a curiosity in what this “energy” might feel like to you. It can be a desire for something to open, some excitement in your life, maybe even some magick!
And, you do not need a focus or an intention. You may just simply choose to receive that which is most relevant for you today. Oh! That is an intention, too!
Choose a time and a place where you will not be disturbed. Sit or lie down before the session starts. Your job during the session is simply to receive. Just have the intention to receive. If you have a focus you would like to see changes on within yourself, be open to that issue fully resolving itself, or whatever level or step to achieving it you can receive now. Then just notice what you notice. Stay in the space as long as you like after.
Drink a lot of water for the next day or two.
I encourage you to write or to journal and take the time to bring to words that which you noticed. Things may have happened before, during, and/or after the session.
